چکیده
Members of the Coronaviridae family comprise four genera Alphacoronavirus and Betacoronavirus, which infect only mammals, Gammacoronavirus Deltacoronavirus birds mammals. Since end 2019, humanity has witnessed emergence a new pandemic caused by line beta-coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) responsible for causing novel severe acute respiratory syndrome named coronavirus disease (COVID-19) affecting countries worldwide. In this context, work aimed to investigate main changes in SARS-CoV-2 genomic architecture through time since beginning infection using silico analysis. A database was built complete revised genomes from NCBI as well analyzed sequencing alignment phylogenetic softwares. This study able show change organizational pattern genome different regions studied, addition showing specific sequence requiring further analysis collected may provide evidence key protein like Spike protein.
